1. AIDS WALK NY TEAM MEETING AREA REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY, MAY 6TH.
All people who wish to participate with Baruch G.L.A.S.S. in this year's AIDS Walk should register before May 6th. Registration is free of charge. We need 15 additional team members before Wednesday, May 6th, to obtain a team meeting area. Please register as soon as possible if you are interested in walking. Volunteer credit may be granted for this event. You can register for our team at the following link:

2. AIDS WALK NY FUNDRAISING
We will be raising money for AIDS Walk NY this week on Tuesday, May 5th and at Spring Fling on Thursday. We will be holding a "Guess the M&M's" contest, where the winner will win about 2 lbs of Milk Chocolate M&M's. All who wish to volunteer some time to the fundraising efforts may come by to our tables at the following locations. Any amount of time that you could give would be greatly appreciated. (You are not required to stay for the full time of the fundraising events.)

AIDS Walk Fundraising - Tuesday, May 5th - VC 2nd Floor Lobby from 12:30 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Look for our table in the lobby.)
SPRING FLING - Thursday, May 7th - 25th St. between Lex and 3rd Ave. from 12:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. (Look for our table in the street.)
3. FINAL GENERAL MEETING OF THIS SEMESTER MAY 14THThe Final General Meeting of the Spring 2009 Semester will be held on Thursday, May 14th in VC 4-190 from 12:40 P.M. to 2;20 P.M. Elections will be taking place for all E-Board positions. Members wishing to run for positions should reply to this email by Sunday, May 10th to state their interest and candidacy, as well as what position they will be running for. Club photos will also be taken at the end of the meeting. Refreshments will be served.
