Good evening!

Thursday marked the first day of Baruch's LGBT History Month. Baruch GLASS hosted an Open Mic Night which was a major success! We had the pleasure of hearing a handful of original poems read by published LGBT poet & writer ,  Elliot Torres. We also had the opportunity to ask him questions about his experiences and even get his novel autographed. It was his second time performing at Baruch College, and hopefully not the last. Next, the audience was treated to hearing songs sung in different languages and listening to laugh-out-loud funny stories, all performed by students. It is safe to say Baruch's Got Talent! Thanks to the courageous performers, devoted co-sponsors, and excitable audience members for contributing to this event. Don't get post-concert depression, there are many more exciting events coming up for
LGBT History Month!

Stay tuned!
